Building Young Champions
7-13 (Coed) | $ 125
An opportunity for kids to learn about the sport of wrestling and develop their skills while having a great time. The Ranger Wrestling Club and Mase Training Spring “Building Young Champions” wrestling sessions. Purpose: (1)Provide a fun environment for beginners through 2nd year wrestlers to learn basic wrestling skills and improve upon the skills they already have; (2) Expose beginners through 2nd year wrestlers to the international styles of wrestling (Freestyle and Greco Roman); (3) Improve flexibility and coordination; and (4) Develop the champion’s mindset.

Building Champions

The Ranger Wrestling Club and Mase Training have partnered to offer spring training sessions for HS and experienced youth wrestlers -- “Building Champions” Wrestling Sessions. Purpose: (1) To prepare experienced HS and Youth wrestlers for upcoming State, Regional and National competitions in Folkstyle, Freestyle and Greco Roman wrestling; (2) Help HS wrestlers that are new to the sport gain ground on their competition; (3) Improve speed, power, agility and endurance; and (4) Develop the champion’s mindset.
